Hiring Requirements/Qualifications
MCSE/MCITP Certified candidate must possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience coupled with a technical degree and certification, working knowledge and ability to administer production level Active Directory domain, excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to successfully interface with all user levels, working knowledge of networks and how to safeguard, ability to customize OS installs and deploy, server capacity planning, understanding of Cisco routers, switches and firewalls. Experience with SCSI, RAID, Anti-Virus, Windows XP, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server. Experience architecting active directory domains.
Experience designing, documenting, and implementing a virtualized Windows infrastructure utilizing VMware server virtualization technologies, (VMware ESX server, Consolidated Backup, Site Recovery Manager, etc.
Experience with industry standard Intel Server technologies, including Blade Center and rack mount server technologies from various vendors such as HP and Dell.
Job Requirements
Experience with WAN/LAN design
Manage to the Service Level Agreement requirements
Monitor customer devices on a daily basis
Troubleshoot and identify sources of problems; recommend solutions
Resolve basic configuration problems relative to each client supported (server, LAN/WAN, desktop, etc.)
Manage circuit providers for break/fixes (including collaborative troubleshooting and problem resolution); verify fixes successful
Manage equipment and service vendors for break/fixes (including dispatch, collaborative troubleshooting and problem resolution); verify fixes successful
Subject matter expert
Resolves chronic problems
Primary client interface during complex outages
Responsible for understanding and reviewing action plans for planned and unplanned changes to client’s network/infrastructure.
Exchange 2003/2007 experience
Pop3 Administration
IIS administration
Maintain Active Directory domain and GPOs
Provide customer quotes in support of client needs
Upgrade, build, troubleshoot and repair PCs and servers
Perform Business security auditing, Intrusion Detection, Firewall rules management
Rotational On call responsibilities
Education/Certifications:
