Diane Byrne

Diane, as A3's Director of Managed Services, is responsible for deployment and continued IT support of A3 clients. Managed Services includes help desk support, personal computing, servers, networks and email.  She likes that she gets to follow up with a clients to confirm their satisfaction with our work and to receive feedback for future improvements.

Diane has been happily married for more than 20 years.  She spent most of her younger years in Greensboro, and graduated from Grimsley High School in 1976. "Yes, I'm 50 and loving life!" she says.  Diane is very close with both her and her husband's family. They enjoy hosting family get-togethers and friendly social events at their home on the lake (so does the gang at A3). It's nice to be outside enjoying fresh air and mother nature.

Diane admits, "I love my job! I know it sounds silly, but I've worked in the field of IT for 30 years, been in corporate America, VC companies, etc., but really found a home here at A3."  Diane finds the environment inspiring and rewarding. She likes that we care about doing things right.
