Our Story - Team

Rich wears many hats as A3's CEO, CFO, CTO from the management perspective, and as a mentor and coach to the staff. He enjoys the challenges that the diverse A3 customer base brings. His favorite thing is taking complex problems and simplifying them with a cost effective solution.  Rich feels there is no better team to work with than the one here at A3 and that makes it all worthwhile.

 

On a personal side Rich is a baby boomer in his 50s who has been married for more than 33 years to Ginny.  Together they have raised two beautiful daughters, Melissa and Laura.  Rich was born in Manhattan and grew up in Massapequa, NY before being transferred with the Bell system. When he isn't working he enjoys music, golf, fishing, boating, being at his beach house, international travel, movies and reading good books.

 

Something people find surprising about Rich is that he had to drop out of college at the age of 17 in order to feed himself.  He returned to college later in life and found himself in a race to graduate before his oldest daughter.  He was sweating it out but made the finish line in the lead by one semester.
