Outside Sales Account Executive

A3 IT Solutions, LLC, a family oriented employee friendly IT company, is seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive with responsibility for identifying potential clients and moving those organizations through a sales process by initial prospecting (cold calling), presenting, and selling A3 IT Solutions services. This individual will be responsible for selling multiple service offerings and focus on fulfilling customer needs across different technology areas. The individual should possess the skills needed to build long-term relationships with clients along with a consultative sales approach and solution selling skills.  We attempt to be a partner with our clients and not just a provider.  Due to one of our service offerings, candidates will be required to pass both a background and credit check prior to an offer of employment.  Candidates should be local to the Piedmont Triad area as relocation is not offered for this position.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in professional service or information technology sales with a solid network of referrals
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relation, and account management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Projection of a professional via dress and attitude toward clients and co-workers
  • Some knowledge of information technology products and concept keywords supported by our IT specialists
  • Ability to generate appointments through cold calling and networking as well as manage the entire lifecycle of the sales process
  • Knowledge and use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track opportunities is a must
  • Must be capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accountability and integrity with customers and within the organization
  • Significant local travel
  • Preparation of sales/marketing materials, proposals, sales contracts, weekly productivity reports, and presentations
