A Project Manager is assigned in the beginning of the Needs Assessment and stays with you throughout the project. They are your liaison and advocate. The PM will keep you updated, drive the schedule, watch the budget and keep within the scope of your project. Your site then goes through A3’s internal Quality Assurance testing (QA). Then it is time for UAT (User Acceptance Testing). This is where you go through the site to make the final tweaks. Once this is complete your website goes live.

A3 will provide you with access to and training in the use of your site’s administrative tools as well as web analytic tools that track and monitor user visitation and behavior. This data is invaluable in evaluating your site's performance, and guides future changes to the site to ensure your website remains relevant.
