The partnership between (National Custom Publishing Company) and A3 began with a one-time project in 1999 and continues growing each year such that now I consider A3 my "Chief Information Officer". There are 3 three things which I feel make our partnership with A3 a great relationship.

First, the level of service we receive from A3's employees and staff is outstanding. They are always very professional and quick to respond when we have questions, often times answering the phone on our first call.

Second, A3 provides our company with a broad depth of knowledge. Whether we need basic day-to-day IT help or a Strategic IT plan for the next 5 years, A3 delivers a solution. Being the Vice President of Finance, I rely heavily on A3 keeping me up-to-date with the latest in technology. A3 informs me when there are IT advances that will help us improve business processes or positively impact the bottom-line.

Lastly, A3 ensures that our IT infrastructure is up-to-date and fully functioning at all times, which allows me to sleep at night. We are a very deadline sensitive business, and cannot experience any unplanned down-time.
